Huawei is not just about dual-primary sensors and some top-notch releases that include the P9 Plus, Honor 8 etc. but the company initially made its name through some excellent value for money smartphone releases. The newest addition to their already huge arsenal of nifty budget smartphones is the Huawei Enjoy 6 but has it done enough to make us Enjoy?
Build quality and display
The Enjoy 6 is a typical value for money Huawei release with some excellent features beneath its hood. The smartphone features a metal unibody design with a non-removable back panel. Its dimensions are particularly noteworthy as you don’t see many budget smartphones with a 7.9mm width and a 145g weight. Thankfully, the process of building smartphones without the 3 capacitive buttons on the bottom bezel has continued with this upcoming release so we’ll simply say: Bravo Enjoy 6, bravo!
The smartphone features a nicely built 5.0 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 293ppi pixel density. This translates into a satisfying 720p resolution which is good news for people looking to buy a budget smartphone that pays a-lot of attention to graphical details.
Cameras
We’ve Enjoy-ed the Huawei Enjoy 6 up till now and the cameras category seems like prolonging our happiness for some more time. This is because the smartphone features a wonderful 13 megapixel primary sensor with an LED flash while the secondary camera features a 5 megapixel one. A devastating combo we must say, we’d advise you not to shy away from taking a picture every now and then with the Enjoy 6.
Hardware and software
The smartphone is powered by a 1.4 GHz Octa-Core Cortex-A53 processor with an additional 3GB of RAM. One of the most powerful smartphones in this price bracket, the Enjoy 6 is fully equipped to fluently run the built-in Android Marshmallow. The smartphone’s internal storage banks at 16 gigs while further expandable through the external memory card slot.
Its other notable features include a large 4100 mAh battery that promises superb battery life while Fast Charge will ensure you won’t stay on low battery for long. Don’t go away just yet as the smartphone is expected to begin selling at around 20,000 rupees, which for us is surely a win-win for what the Enjoy 6 offers has to offer.
